Thus, she possesses a broad spectrum of expertise and a grown network of contacts in politics and the media. Based on her scientific research ( in parallel to her lectureship as a professor, Astrid Nelke incorporates latest results from relevant studies into her consulting work. For her dissertation she examined a part of the Lufthansa-Intranet to determine its communicative value for the employees.

With regards to the main area of managing employee potential founder Astrid Nelke has substantial consulting experience with companies and organisations: With the Women’s Union of the Christian Democratic Union of Germany (CDU – liberal-conservative political party) she was responsible for the implementation of a mentoring programme for women in 2006/2007; for the German Federal Foreign Office she conducted an employee survey in 2011 and analysed the internal communication media. Karl Schlich has worked as an executive in the public relations departments of supreme federal authorities for over 20 years and therefore has varied experience in the strategic management of decision-making processes at the interface of politics, industry and society. Last he headed the Press and Information Office of the Federal Government of Germany. Karl Schlich competently advises clients on the the communication with decision makers – directly or indirectly via multipliers and media. Jaqueline Sandow supports [knowbodies] as a junior consultant. After having completed her Politics and Administration studies she critically examined organisational change and the women’s quota as a political regulation in a scientific business case study for her Bachelor’s thesis. She is currently in the Master of Administrative Science programme at Potsdam University. She also has profound knowledge in the area of healthcare and caregiving politics due to her longstanding work at Siemens Betriebskrankenkasse (company health insurance fund).
