astrid_nelkeProf. Dr. Astrid Nelke combines longstanding professional experience in the field of communication in the hotel and airline industry and an executive position in two employers’ associations in the construction industry. Thus, she possesses a broad spectrum of expertise and a grown network of contacts in politics and the media. Based on her scientific research ( in parallel to her lectureship as a professor, Astrid Nelke incorporates latest results from relevant studies into her consulting work. For her dissertation she examined a part of the Lufthansa-Intranet to determine its communicative value for the employees.

With regards to the main area of managing employee potential, founder Astrid Nelke has substantial consulting experience with companies and organisations: Working with the Women’s Union of the Christian Democratic Union of Germany (CDU – liberal-conservative political party), she was responsible for the implementation of a mentoring programme for women in 2006/2007; for the German Federal Foreign Office she conducted an employee survey in 2011 and helped analyse the internal communication media. Alexander Wolff

Alexander Wolff supports [knowbodies] in the strategy finding and operationalisation process with regard to communication programmes and publications. Currently enrolled in the master programme of market and advertising psychology, Alexander Wolff is gaining diverse project experience and contributes curiosity and eagerness to challenging commissions.



For many years [knowbodies] has been working with Imke Sturm, a journalist with a diploma in marketing communication. She is a partner on selective projects, e.g. in the area of green building and low energy houses, and we worked together on a joint opening in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg.
