From 2001 to the execution in 2006, Prof. Astrid Nelke organised events for 40 to 450 participants all over Germany and in France for this client. Services included securing the event locations and hotels, compiling the attendance lists, organising catering and technical equipment and managing the conference office on site.



[knowbodies] organised all PR activities regarding the opening of this speciality restaurant in October 2005. The opening was accompanied by extensive media coverage in daily newspapers, on the radio, TV and special-interest media.



APT Servizi – Fremdverkehrsamt der Emilia Romagna

In 2004, we carried out a study for the tourist information office of the Emilia Romagna region in Italy to examine the presence of this region at German travel businesses. The results in terms of quality and quantity were presented as Filemaker Pro-databases and in a booklet. In 2005, two analyses were conducted on the subjects of sports clubs and tour operators in health tourism. Moreover, we entirely organised the fact-finding tours, and in November 2005, Astrid Nelke gave a lecture in Bologna on the wishes of German customers with regard to health tourism.

In the area of event PR we assisted the Chocoladefabriken Lindt & Sprüngli in public relations matters concerning the “Lindt HELLO VIP NITE” in the Berlin club Goya in September 2012. In December 2012, [knowbodies] was responsible for the press correspondence when the “Dr. Rainer-Hildebrandt-Medal” was awarded to Yoko Ono in the Mauermuseum at Checkpoint Charlie, and in June 2013, [knowbodies] supported the 50th anniversary of the Mauermuseum. As part of our continuous cooperation with the Grand Hotel Esplanade Berlin we were in charge of the press relations concerning the 25th anniversary celebration with around 1 800 guests.
